The check in process was very inconvenient, I tired to check in via their kiosk, but I wasn’t able to and waited about 20 mins to be checked in my the front office staff. The AC wasn’t cooling the room, it stayed at 60 even when it was over 110 degrees. They charge $25 per day for a refrigerator. The beds were hard and not every comforter The “strip “ view wasn’t fantastic, showed be called partial view. Was locked out of my room at 6am and went to the front office twice to call security to let me back into my room, took about 20mins.

I would like more support in the lobby with online check-in and check-out. Also, the rooms could use bottled water and other amenities in the bathroom. It is really lacking and we are paying a resort fee, for what? local calls? No one uses that.

The pools are great. Lots of space and open late. Eataly was nice.

I've stayed at worse places, but there are better options on the strip. Trouble with the check-in kiosk sent us to the VIP check-in where we were given a standard room instead of the stay-well room, so we had to move rooms. Other than the air purifier, everything else in the stay-well room was a gimmicky joke, not worth the money spent on the upgrade. In fact, it was probably worse than the standard room due to how hard an uncomfortable the "natural memory foam" mattress was.

This is the second time I've stayed here with a Travelzoo deal, and you can't beat the price for a newly renovated hotel. Restaurants on-site are fun. The fitness center is huge and well-equipped. The Starbucks right off the elevator banks on the first floor is convenient before exploring Vegas.
