Holiday Inn Manhattan View
About the Hotel
Why We Love This Hotel
- Hotel is less than 15 minutes from Midtown Manhattan by subway
- Opened only a couple years ago, the hotel is a slightly more modern take on Holiday Inn's clean, efficient look
- Long Island City is a burgeoning neighborhood of local flavor, and a relatively quick subway ride away from Fifth Avenue and Times Square
- Fresh Mexican cuisine is right downstairs at Juquila Kitchen and Bar
Directly across the East River from Midtown Manhattan, this Holiday Inn is in the trendy Long Island City neighborhood of Queens, just two subway stops from the city. Business travelers can reach the MetLife building and the United Nations in less than 15 minutes, while those in town to sightsee have easy access to Central Park, Bloomingdale’s flagship store and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Guest rooms have mini fridges, desks and free Wi-Fi, and many include balconies or views of the Manhattan skyline. Suites are located on the top two floors with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the city and pullout sofas, comfortably accommodating families of four.
There's a Mexican restaurant off the lobby, and 39 Above serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests also have access to the on-site fitness center or can walk 10 minutes to Queensbridge Park to exercise outdoors against the backdrop of the skyline.
