The accommodations were awesome.

I was disappointed in the hidden costs that were not disclosed up front at the time of my booking. I was surprised by them as we checked in -I.e. There was some sort of a $7.95 hotel administration fee and $19.95 for parking. That soured my experience of staying in this hotel.

First of all they were going to charge $17.99 for parking. This was not in the TravelZoo info. The front desk was NOT informative eg: making a reservation for supper for that evening, or letting us know there was coffee in the lobby in the morning since there was no machine in our room. Our $39.00 steak supper had to be brought to our table 3 times, 3 times before we got hot food. The carrots done the way they were done tasted like wood chips to me. I am NOT a chef, but I do love cooking, & I can cook better than this person in the kitchen. I would NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE AGAIN. Overpriced for what you got

All of the staff were very pleasant and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean, overlooking the pool. The downside was there were no windows that could open for some fresh air and the air/heating unit did not work well. It was a great deal price wise and having coupon offers that we could use for wine tasting in the area as well as reduced meal costs was great.
