A taxi is approximately $45 plus tip and tolls. A NYC medallion taxi may also charge for the tolls to get back into NYC.

The hotel is just one stop on the Jersey PATH train to lower Manhattan and the World Trade Center, and just a 20-minute ride to Midtown Manhattan.
Rooms here are modern, spacious and clean, all with sweeping water and city skyline views and a number of on-site amenities like a 24-hour fitness center and an indoor pool. Compared to the typical cramped Manhattan hotel that mostly offers a place to rest your head, the New Jersey address starts to sounds better.
All rooms are typical corporate modern, in shades of beige that highlight the dark wood furniture. A few pieces of framed abstract art adorn the walls, but the real eye-catcher here is the floor-to-ceiling views.
If you’re hungry but don’t want to give up the vistas, the aptly named on-site Vu Lounge serves up three meals a day with an emphasis on locally-sourced ingredients in its contemporary American fare.
Spend the morning exploring Manhattan, then hop back on the PATH train, and watch the sun set along the riverfront boardwalk before heading back to the hotel to plan the next day’s adventures.
