The upscale L'Assiette Champenoise hotel is set within a 5-acre private park in a converted 19th-century house, about 30 minutes' walk from Reims's city centre. There's a 3-Michelin-star restaurant on site, run by famed chef Arnaud Lallement.
L'Assiette Champenoise hotel is approximately two hours' drive east of Paris. Reims Cathedral and the Palace of Tau, where the kings of France were formerly crowned, are less than three kilometres away. As the hotel is in the world-famous Champagne region, it's worth visiting a vineyard for a tour (the hotel can arrange this; additional charges apply).
