Unfortunately for us there was a wedding on so checking in was really slow as the wedding guests were checking in at the same time. Room a little bit tired but comfortable beds . Overall value for money.

Whilst elements of Redworth Hall Hotel are somewhat frayed around the edges. However, that didn't detract from what was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The place remains impressive in its style and grandeur. The gardens and grounds are glorious. Molly, the trainee receptionist, capably and cheerfully completed the check-in process efficiently and without delay. The room and bathroom were spacious, bright and very clean. The use of The Retreat spa, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi was included in the very competitively priced package, as was a delicious 2 course dinner and full breakfast in Restaurant 1744. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely pleasant, helpful and professional, especially (another) Molly and Karen in the restaurant. A highly recommended, relaxing and enjoyable stay, which I would definitely repeat.
