Set in over 70 acres of gardens and woodland, Combe Grove is a rural retreat just outside the village of Monkton Combe in Somerset, less than 10 minutes' drive from Bath city centre.
This Georgian manor house commands spectacular views of the Limpley Stoke Valley, with ample options for countryside strolls on the doorstep. Alternatively, travel the three miles into the historic spa town of Bath to experience the 2000-year-old Roman Baths, visit the Jane Austen Centre or indulge in a dip at the Thermae Bath Spa.
If you want to travel a little further afield, Wells Cathedral, Longleat Safari Park, Stonehenge, the house and gardens at Corsham Court, Cheddar Gorge and Chew Valley Lake are all less than 50 minutes' drive away.
Guests get free use of the hotel's extensive leisure facilities: there is an indoor and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a sauna and steam room, hydrospa beds, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a gym and a 16-bay golf driving range.
