The parking was inconvenient, it was difficult to park your car with ease. The rooms are small but clean. Noisy part of the city with traffic and construction. Too expensive for the type of hotel

The room was a little small, but worked fine for us as our plan traveling would to spend as little time in the hotel as needed to be out exploring. Location was good, with easy access to a number of good areas.

The personnel were very good: very helpful and professional, very friendly. The place just was not very clean.

The lobby could maybe be considered a four star hotel lobby, but the rooms were more a two star level. The floors were filthy inside and out. Our slippers got black and full of hair the first day after starting out clean. The room was extremely small for a four star rating; both of us could not pass each other at the bottom of the beds. The newish beds were ok, but the walls were terribly lumpy beneath the wallpaper and the painted walls were even lumpier, with the door frames even worse. They looked like someone was blindfolded when they were painted--there was not a smoothly painted door frame in the place. Paint had run down the frames everywhere. It's been a long time since I've seen such a poor paint job in a hotel. The windows have not been replaced, so even though they were shut, the noise was so loud, as if they were open. I can't believe 100% of travelzoo members liked this hotel. Far overpriced for its quality.
