In the middle of the night a full blown party was taken place outside our room. We did call the night reception but not sure if this was dealt with. From 1am to 3.30am.
We spoke to the receptionist before leaving but she didn't seem bothered about it.
Shame a nice hotel. Room was a bit disappointed with the view

Lovely room loads of space . Enormous bed very comfortable.
Bathroom with bath and shower.
Excellent restaurant and food perfect. The staff are so friendly and very helpful.
We used the spa facilities which again were wonderful

All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were hard working and efficient when serving and clearing the tables.
Our room was very good. Spacious, clean and comfortable with a decent bath and separate shower cubicle.
Although our package included the use of the spar, we were not provided with gowns in our room or at the spa which was a disappointment.
The restaurant environment was as advertised on the website, a warm and friendly atmosphere and a good place to relax. The breakfast was excellent. A big selection of hot and cold options. Although one evening meal was poor (chewy steak salad) the others dishes were very good. Slight problem with the bill, our £25 per person allowance on the first night was not applied correctly, but when pointed out, the staff did rectify it quickly.
The WiFi was poor and sometimes there was no signal in our room. I understand extra investment in routers for the rooms is imminent.
The swimming pool is a good size compared to many hotels and superb for walking lengths if you’re recovering from a knee operation.
Overall an enjoyable and relaxing couple of days. If prices and packages remain as they are at present, we will return for another break.

This was our second stay at the hotel and found the whole experience very enjoyable and also found the bedrooms very clean and comfortable.
