Why We Love This Hotel

  • Art Rooms with City View are located on higher floors and have floor-to-ceiling windows. They feature original artwork, espresso machines, and eco-conscious Kevin Murphy toiletries.

This is an outstanding hotel. The people working there, through from the reception desk, the bar staff and restaurant folks, to the doormen and porters, were exceptionally professional and helpful. Together they created a welcoming atmosphere and an overall sense that they were all part of a supremely well-trained team, whose primary aim was to provide a wonderful experience for their guests.

Easily the best hotel we have stayed at in London. The hotel has only been open for 4 months so everything is in top class condition. Sincerely hope it stays that way. From the pleasant greeting and good service at reception to the quality and size of the rooms this hotel impressed. We loved the technology in the room which was both useful and easy to use. And the bed was massive! This was also the most quiet hotel we had ever stayed in. No traffic noise and no noise from other rooms. The complimentary drink with our deal was superb. We had cocktails and you could tell there was no pre-mix here! A proper mixologist for sure. Unusually for us we decided to eat in the hotel in the evening. We normally like to have a wander, but the ambience and friendliness of the staff made us give the restaurant a try. We are very glad we did. Great food and service and a free desert thrown in for my Wife's' birthday. What's not to like? The discount with our deal was also very good. We did have a slight query with our bill, but this was dealt with professionally and swiftly by the reception team the next day. All in all a great stay. We are definitely intending to return.

The mood lighting throughout the hotel might not be to everyone's taste and some areas, such as the approach to the toilets, were tricky to see your way around.
