Blue Haven Resort - All Inclusive
About the Hotel
Why We Love This Hotel
- Away from the tourist crowds of Grace Bay, the resort has its own private beach
- Watch yachts arrive at the marina, or take one out to explore the turquoise waters
- Providenciales is a relatively small island, and top-rated restaurants are less than 10 minutes away by car
- An infinity pool is tended by a swim-up bar
Grace Bay beach is deservedly famous on Turks and Caicos for its turquoise water and white sand. That reputation, though, also means it's usually the first stop a visitor makes to the island, so it can get crowded. Thankfully those turquoise waters and white sands make their way around much of the coastline, including the northeastern tip in front of the Blue Haven Resort. Here, visitors can relax on a private beach complete with hammocks, while contending with just a fraction of the crowds.
The resort has an infinity pool that appears to spill directly into the seawater. The pool bumps up against a swim-up bar, pouring tropical cocktails. Dry off on the sand playing a round of beach volleyball or some horseshoes. Coconut oil wraps and cucumber mint sugar scrubs are offered in the full-service spa or on an alfresco spa gazebo. The main restaurant, Fire & Ice, serves contemporary Mediterranean cuisine and features tabletop barbecue grills, while the resort's casual eatery, Salt, offers delicious burgers and a happy hour. A gourmet market is also just steps from the resort and is convenient for guests wanting to take advantage of the in-room kitchens.
Some arrivals come via the marina, flocked with swanky yachts. It's also where guests can organize water excursions, such as deep-sea fishing and kitesurfing through the neighboring mangroves. Guests are close to several lush, uninhabited cays, and the hotel can help arrange excursions. Blue Haven Resort also offers an on-site gym and Provo Golf Club is nearby with discounted rates for guests. A free shuttle to sister properties Alexandra Resort and Beach House is another great perk.
