Alex was in great location for getting around central Bath. Room was huge and well equipped with tea / coffee and toiletries. Spa was great too although did get very busy. We only had breakfast at the hotel was was ok, very Luke warm when it came out to us.

Very nice modern hotel, staff are very courteous. Breakfast was really good. Perfect location, parking needs to be found elsewhere. Enjoyed the stay and the price under travelzoo was good.

Lovely large room with fridge and plenty of snacks that were replished. Breakfast was great, excellent choices. Swimming pool and gym also great. The position of the room let it down, on the first floor overlooking delivery bay it was noisy in the mornings along with the clanging from the cleaners cupboard opposite the room!

Would return but hope that the requested quiet top floor room could be available next time!
