Hotel details
The 5-star Manzi Hotel & Spa is on the northern side of the island. The nearest beach is about a 15-minute walk away, or five minutes in a cab. Ischia's Medieval castle, Castello Aragonese, is about a 20-minute drive away.
The hotel benefits from the thermal waters of Gurgitiello. These thermal waters are said to have many health benefits, reviving soldiers after the war. There's a heated rooftop swimming pool, plus an indoor pool at the spa, too. The spa also has saunas, Turkish baths, and more. There's also a gym, plus you can book yoga or Pilates classes.
There are two restaurants—Le Bougainville, which serves lighter poolside bites, and Gli Ulivi. Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, this restaurant serves traditional dishes from Ischia. You'll get one 2-course dinner included here during your stay. There's also a rooftop bar where you can grab a sunset aperitivo.
Your room overlooks the hotel's landscaped grounds. Amenities include a TV with satellite channels, and a mini bar. Non-alcoholic drinks are included in the price. Wi-Fi is free.
