Hotel details
The 4-star Rikli Balance Hotel is right on the shores of Lake Bled, about half an hour's drive from Ljubljana. Bled Castle can be reached in about 20 minutes by public transport. If you walk for about half an hour around the lake, you'll find rowing boats to hire. You can then row over to the island in the middle of the lake, with its beautiful Medieval church. Make sure you ring the 'wishing bell' and make a wish. 

The hotel has a focus on wellness, with six saunas and a pool complex. This comprises of six swimming pools, including an indoor waterslide and a massage pool. Treatments such as massages and facials are available to book.

You'll get daily breakfast and dinner included at the buffet restaurant. There's also an aperitif bar with an open fireplace—the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.
