Hotel details
Hotel Napoleon is in the centre of Rome and is walking distance from the city's best-loved sights. It's right next to Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II. In the middle of this piazza you'll find the ruins of an ancient fountain. There's also a 16th-century villa here, which is now the National Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia. Admire antiquities from Rome and Umbria here. 

The Monti neighbourhood is 15 minutes' walk away. This is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Rome. Get lost among labyrinthine alleyways, shop at the weekend vintage market, and admire the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. You'll be 20 minutes' walk from the Roman Forum and the Colosseum, and 30 minutes' walk from Palatine Hill and the Circus Maximus. 

In Venice, you'll stay at a hotel converted from a 16th-century villa. All rooms at Hotel Kette boast canal views. The hotel's lobby features marble floors, Murano glass detailing, and artworks dating from the 15th–17th centuries. The building has been renovated, but still holds its authentic Venetian charm. 

You'll be around the corner from the Bridge of Sighs, and five minutes' walk from the entrance to the Doge's Palace. You can reach the Rialto Bridge within 10 minutes on foot.
