Hotel details
Freys Hotel is a 4-star hotel in Stockholm’s central Norrmalm District, near the Arlanda Express Station (with frequent services to the airport) and Central Station. It's an ideal base for sightseeing. The colourful townhouses of the Old Town, the majestic Royal Palace, and the Vasa Museum (where you can see the world's best-preserved 17th-century ship) are all within walking distance.
Take your pick from over 300 beers at the hotel's bustling Belgobaren Restaurant, and head out to the terrace to enjoy it on sunny days. You'll also get daily breakfast.
Rooms are decorated in a quirky, equine style (the hotel is named after a legendary Swedish horse). They feature a mini-bar, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and cottage-chic furniture. Each room also has a teddy bear which guests can "adopt" (for a fee that is then donated to charity) and take home.
