Cassidy's Hotel is a cosy, family-owned hotel just off O'Connell Street. It is opposite the legendary Gate Theatre. Orson Welles, James Mason, and Sir Michael Gambon began their acting careers here.
The hotel is a short walk from the busy riverside neighbourhood of Temple Bar. This is home to live traditional Irish music and the largest whiskey collection in Ireland. Here you can visit quirky pubs popular with Irish poets.
Within 15 minutes' walk, you'll find Trinity College. Here you can see the beautiful illuminated manuscripts from the Book of Kells. Top-class museums like the Irish Whiskey Museum and The Little Museum of Dublin are also close by.
