Hotel details
The 4-star hotel is on a private island, a 45-minute speedboat ride from Malé. 92% of Tripadvisor users who have rated the hotel as very good or excellent. The Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma Maldives is ringed by pristine white-sand beaches, which lead into clear Tiffany-blue waters teeming with marine life. Look out for hawksbill turtles, reef sharks, and manta rays as you snorkel the coral reef in the placid blue lagoon. 

The main buffet restaurant, Kandooma Café, serves international dishes ranging from delicious tropical fruits to Sri Lankan curries. The Kitchen is the signature dining restaurant and has views of the azure sea. Feast on fresh seafood and international cuisines (supplements apply). There are three bars where you can enjoy drinks and snacks throughout the day, ideal for pre-dinner drinks or sundowners.

As part of your experience, you'll get one sunset cruise and two scuba diving sessions per person, per stay. There is also a weekly beach party and cooking demonstration. Adventurists can try a catamaran cruise, mono skiing, surfing, or why not snorkel with whale sharks and sea turtles (non-motorised watersports are included once per stay). The Kandoo Kids Club has a safe on-site play area and offers art and crafts. Kids also eat for free.

Beach Houses are spit across two levels, and have an outdoor ground floor with a seating area and open-air shower.
