Itinerary highlights

• East Bank of Luxor... experience the temple complexes of Karnak and Luxor with its city of temples, pylons, peaceful lakes, and the imposing Hypostyle Hall. Then, travel by past sphinx-lined avenue to Karnak Temple, ending at Luxor Temple.
• West Bank of Luxor... is home to the awe-inspiring Valley of the Kings. See impressive tombs and consider entering Tutankhamun's tomb (extra fees apply). You'll then admire the temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon.
• Aswan... visit the temple of Kom Ombo, which is dedicated to gods Horus and Sobek. Discover the colossal High Dam and the beguiling Temple of Philae. Plus, there's a traditional felucca boat to the botanical gardens on Kitchener's Island. You'll also take a trip to the fascinating Nubian Museum.
• Edfu... the ship will dock here overnight before returning to Luxor the next day.

Cruise details
You'll get transfers to and from Luxor port, where you'll board MS Livingstone and cruise a round-trip itinerary from Luxor. Enjoy rose-tinted sunsets at the Sun Deck bar and passing Nile scenery poolside. You'll journey alongside swaying date palms, ancient temple complexes, and royal burial chambers, and get some fascinating glimpses of daily life on the riverbanks.
