Itinerary
- Kuala Lumpur... go on a guided tour of the city, including the Petronas Twin Towers and the National Museum. Plus, visit the Batu Caves, with their Hindu temples and shrines. You'll visit a Batik factory and a pewter factory, to learn about these ancient traditions.
- Kuching... see all the main sights of the city on a guided tour. This includes the Cat Statue, the Tua Pek temple, and the Sarawak Museum. The next day, visit an orangutan rehabilitation centre. Walk through lush, tropical forest to observe the orangutans from a distance.
- Damai... visit the Sarawak Cultural Village, which showcases the heritage of Sarawak's seven major ethnic groups. This includes live performances, as well as demonstrations of traditional crafts and cooking methods. You'll then have free time to explore in Damai before heading back to Kuala Lumpur. Stay for one night before boarding your flight home.
