About the attraction
Warwick Castle was built in 1068 by William the Conqueror. It features remains of a Norman motte, 14th-century sandstone walls, and wooded grounds. Whether you're going with little ones or not, there's attractions and activities for everyone. Spend time in the Great Hall and State Rooms and wander around the peacock garden. Or, try archery, escape the Horrible Histories maze, and slide into Zog Playland. There's also daily live shows, including history talks, birds of prey displays, and epic jousting.
You'll stay at the new Medieval-themed Warwick Castle Hotel. Inspired by days gone by, rooms feature bespoke tapestry designs, rose motifs, wooden beams, and shields. There's also an animatronic horse in the lobby and talking portraits that tell facts about the castle. Rooms include king-size beds, tea-and-coffee-making facilities, TVs, and more.
