About La Dolce Vita Orient Express
Travel + Leisure anticipates this will be "the most luxurious train journey in the world". Overnight journeys run around £3,700 per person—but passengers certainly experience the sweet life.

On this itinerary, travel from Rome to Montalcino, in Tuscany, and back again. You'll chug through lyrical landscapes and arrive in the afternoon at the hilltop town of Montalcino. You'll tour the city, then visit a Brunello vineyard for a wine-tasting session.

Back onboard, you'll savour lavish Italian-themed meals designed by 3-Michelin-star chef Heinz Beck. At the bar, enjoy all-inclusive drinks, including vintage regional wines and fine spirits. Your cabin has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and a bell for room service.

About your 5-star Queen Victoria cruise
On Queen Victoria, you'll experience a style of glamorous, old-world cruising exclusive to Cunard. Think white-gloved waiters, lavish afternoon teas, ballroom dancing, and gala evenings in all your finery. You'll call at:

  • Livorno... wander the city's Venetian-style canals or head inland to Florence or Pisa.
  • Toulon... a warren of elegant squares reveals some of the best markets in Provence.
  • Mallorca... take a shuttle to Palma, the island's golden, castle-crowned capital.
  • València... the provincial capital has an intoxicating combination of rich food and good living.
  • Barcelona... disembark in Barcelona and transfer to the airport for your return flight.
