Itinerary

• Honfleur… is at the Seine Estuary in Northern France. The charm of this town has long attracted artists. Impressionists, like Claude Monet and his contemporaries, often set up their easels here. 
• Saint Peter Port… is a pretty, bustling harbour in Guernsey, the second largest of the Channel Islands. Check out Victor Hugo's (author of Les Misérables) exile home or the 800-year-old Castle Cornet.  
• Pauillac… is on the Médoc peninsula in France. You'll dock for an overnight on the ship. The beautiful countryside is famed for its vineyards producing some of the best cabernet sauvignon in the world. The city of Bordeaux, with its neoclassical architecture and thriving foodie scene, is an hour-long direct train journey away.

Borealis underwent an extensive refurbishment in autumn 2025. It carries 1353 guests at full capacity.

Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included, and afternoon tea is served every day. This includes finger sandwiches, scones, and cakes. Food at Borealis' new outdoor dining venue, Fresco, is also covered. For something special, dine at Fred. Olsen's speciality restaurants for a small supplement.

Cosy up in The Observatory during the day, and watch big-production shows at night. Then, enjoy dancing after the evening performance. The Morning Light pub is the best spot to grab drinks with new-found friends. The ship is full of live music and pub quizzes in the evening.
