Itinerary

• Niagara Falls... the holiday begins with three nights on the Canadian side of the falls. Whilst here, you'll take an included Journey Behind the Falls tour. This will take you 125 feet down to the centuries-old tunnels that wind their way through the falls' bedrock to an observation deck. 
• New York City... the city is a treat when it starts to cool down in September. You'll stay in a well-reviewed hotel right by Central Park and Times Square. 
• Newport, Rhode Island... is famous for the extravagant Gilded Age mansions along Bellevue Avenue. They're now museums, and you can tour them on a traditional trolley.
• Boston, Massachusetts... is arguably the oldest city in the entire USA. Learn about the American Revolution on Boston's Freedom Trail, or visit Harvard University.
• Portland, Maine... showcases the best of New England. You'll find rugged coastal paths, a pretty waterfront, and lobster rolls galore.
• Halifax, Nova Scotia... combines the best of cosmopolitan and provincial life. Shuck an oyster or two at a downtown restaurant, or head to picturesque Peggy's Cove.

You'll then disembark back in New York for your flight home.
