You'll have a full day to explore the ship as you sail from Florida to Jamaica, calling at Ocho Rios on the second day of your voyage. One of Jamaica's most popular destinations, the city is well-loved for its pristine beaches, bustling arts and crafts markets and close proximity to the rainforests, rivers and waterfalls of surrounding St Ann Parish.
Next, you'll call at George Town, the capital of the Cayman Islands, where can choose to relax on one of the island's many beaches, or indulge in some tax-free shopping on Cardinal Avenue.
The next port is Cozumel, a largely undeveloped Mexican island known for its "quiet cool", "genuine authenticity" and "spirited Caribbean energy" (Lonely Planet). You can choose to snorkel amoung submerged statues at the underwater Museo Subacuático de Arte, or explore Chankanaab, a protected area home to wild dolphins, manatees and turtles.
Finally, you'll call in at cosmopolitan Nassau, the pastel-pink capital of the Bahamas, which is famous for its years of buccaneering history.
You'll then return to Miami for your flight home.
MSC Seaside is billed to be the largest ship ever built by its constructor, Fincantieri of Italy, and is set to be "seriously glamorous", according to The Mirror.
