Totally relaxing. Rooms were fine -- nicely appointed but could use new carpet, etc. Pool was a DREAM.

So very convenient to be only a quick walk next-door to excellent restaurant options. We never had to get in our car after arrival. Perfectly relaxing.

Location and Breakfast

We have been going here for years. This stay may have been our last. It need a renovation very badly. Carpets in rooms are worn and dirty.

My granddaughters and I had a great time at the hotel’s pool. The happy hour daily is excellent and very friendly staff.

Staff was extremely helpful. Pool was out of commission for most of our stay and to compensate they upgraded us to a two bedroom suite.

Food, shower, noise, having to walk through the bar to get to the pool, No coffee in the room.

Overall it was very nice. There are a few things broken and needed to be fixed but the maintenance people are very attentive and helpful. Communication with housekeeping needed to be improved When we notified the housekeeping needs at font desk more than 24 hour in advance, housekeeping did not show up.

The Daily Breakfast was convenient but the menu should be changed instead of the same thing every single day during the week.

Everything was perfect!! Comfortable bed and luxurious linen. I felt pampered in a large suite with a full kitchen and balcony overlooking the pool. Beautiful pool and courtyard area and nice continental breakfast and happy hour. Friendly helpful staff and great quiet location because it’s not a huge hotel but it’s got all the perks and it’s close to everything. The free stuffed bears in their own plastic bags on the bed were a treat! I will definitely go back! Highly recommend!!!

Very plain on the outside, but lovely courtyard in the center of the property. Quiet location and ideal for visiting Scottsdale.

Large suite, with full kitchen. Even a teddy bear waiting on the beds! Breakfast and Happy Hour included!

Our AC wasn’t great the first night, we called in the morning and had a prompt repairman. AC fixed and great night’s sleep! Loved the pillows but the mattresses were a little too firm. Overall a great stay, we enjoyed Spring Training games nearby. Scottsdale had lots of dining available!

Other than it being very hot in Scottsdale, our experience at the Sonesta Suites was wonderful. All of the employees were very information and kind, the breakfast was delicious and the bar server was great!

Everything went well. Cabinet door was broken and bar area only staffed with one person during their happy hour. Long lines.
