Nice hotel and friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Good continental breakfast.

Great location. Our room was small but so cozy and a great view. Really good breakfast which includes crepes! We were so well located to explore old Quebec. Staff were super friendly. Nice lounge area with wine available by the glass. Also water And coffee as well as juice always available.

Checking into this hotel was a breeze! The front desk team (Ibrahima & Jeanne-Aimée) were amazing! We were there for my wife's 50th birthday and they treated us like royalty. We upgraded our room and it was well worth it. Very spacious and a beautiful view. This was our first visit to Quebec City and this was the perfect boutique hotel. Only a 2 min walk to the terrace of the Chateau Frontenac, 2 min walk to the Citadel and a 10-15 walk to lower Quebec City. Couldn't ask for a better location! We will definitely return in the future!

My only concern is that when i checked in i was charged for the stay + $200 deposit. When i checked out, i was charged again for the stay. I should have just beed refunded the deposit. It looks like i’ve been charged twice and have to wait up to 5 days to get the money back.

Room was too small, Tv was on the fritz, we had to call for repair. Overall it was a pleasant stay. FD staff was wonderful.

The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of everything in Old Quebec. Staff were very friendly, our room was small but practical, everything we needed. Great coffee

Four of us reserved two rooms, a regular queen double and a prestige room with King bed. The latter was MUCH larger than the standard room yet cost only a bit more. I would only stay here again in a prestige room and only if the added cost were not substantial. Other than that, everything about our stay there was excellent.

great staff, very good continental breakfast, umbrellas available to loan (it was very rainy). Our room was in a corner sand adjacent to a stairwell so we we had minimal noise from neighbors but some have said that this is a proiblem.

Each staff member was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. The facilities were excellent, and the location was terrific for exploring the old city.

Great location. Easy to check in and get around. The valet parking was great. Good continental breakfast in the mornings. Beaware the smaller rooms contain a double bed, not a queen so if you are couple who likes a larger bed you should upgrade.

Great staff, Hôtel and super location… Room was very clean and had everything you need. Not a fancy 5 star if that’s what you’re looking for.

Fantastic location! Easy walking distance to all we wanted to see and do even in the cold weather! Julian at reception was so helpful on guiding us to all we wanted to see and do and made great recommendations of sites to see and restaurants to visit. Will definitely be returning for another visit!

This hotel was very close to everything you might want to visit in Old Quebec City! We enjoyed our time there immensely and our room was very comfortable (Prestige) and the hotel was very welcoming. Unfortunately our French was not great but everyone was quick to speak English when we needed assistance.

My only advice is to bring a travel mug with you since there is not a coffee machine in the room, but the one in the lobby makes a great variety of coffees and teas! There is also a wine machine in the reception room which is extremely reasonable with a large selection of fine wines!

Great location and easy walking to many interesting sites. Staff was very helpful and even had loan umbrellas for the rain. Valet parking worked out great. Breakfast was fine and even a spot near a window to look out on the river.

I couldn’t ask better location than this. The hotel is looking at the river Lawrence, behide Chateau Frontenac, in old Quebec. The staffs are so friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and quiet with good size. I would recommend it for anyone who visits Old Quebec.

Location was excellent! Appreciated the breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot with good pressure. Lots of towels. AC worked well. Appreciated valet parking.

Location was amazing, right in the heart of the old city. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Great coffee machine in the lobby. The only negative was that the room was very small. Only one sitting chair in room. Not much space to put your belongings.

A perfect place to stay in Old Town Quebec, close to everything, in a well maintained historic building, and quiet with a view of the river.

We very much appreciated the courteous and professional staff who went out of their way to assist us. All day coffee and juice were a bonus and the continental breakfast was well done.

Perfect location to explore from. wall. You can walk everywhere. Valet parking was great. Car was tucked away the whole four days. Front desk very friendly. Room clean and spacious. Loved our stay.

Hotel is walkable distance from the train station and is right in the old city so excellent location. Check in staff were very pleasant and gave lots of good info as well as the bonus coupons for staying. Room was small but clean and was as advertised.

Breakfast was not fancy but good. Hotel is currently under some renovations which did not impact our stay with noise or inconvenience other than the ice machine was not accessible by guests but front desk cheerfully got ice for us when we asked.

An affordable option to be right in the middle of the old city. Loved our 3 night stay. Room a little small but we were totally satisfied with the staff and cleanliness

Great price point for the location. Breakfast was just enough. Never ending coffee & tea available in the lobby. Lots of choices for breakfast from pastries/breads/bagels/yogurt/cereals/crepes/cakes/oatmeal and of course nice condiments including maple syrup for your crepes. Our room was fine, quiet, and all the staff we encountered over three days were welcoming, friendly and smiling. Within a 3 minute walk there's a number of great restaurants available.

Steps away from the Chateau Frontenac. Across the road from a beautiful park overlooking the St Lawrence.

The location is absolutely perfect! We had a view of the street in front and could see the Chateau Frontenac and the water of the St Lawrence. The Staff were helpful and kind, and the room was small but had everything we needed and was extremely clean and organized.

Yes. Originally we were told no parking available. We couldn't find any parking. The staff was able to help us out

No hot water in the bathroom. Had to find our own towels as there was only 2 towels for 2 people for 2 days.

The location is ideal

We have stayed before but in a better room. The double room is too small, the bed is small and not real comfortable. We were also located on the first floor in front of the elevator so lots of traffic and noise. I should have selected the upgraded room which I have done in the past. The breakfast valued at $30 is way overpriced for an underwhelming Continental breakfast. We ate at a restaurant on our second morning instead.

Ideally located for sights, shopping and restaurants. Room was cozy and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good but choice of eggs or bacon would be nice. Staff very helpful and friendly.
