This is a very nice hotel in a great location.

very friendly and helpful staff. Room has plenty of space. Comfortable bed. Great location for walking to shops and restaurants.

We stayed there on a couples getaway. Location was great to walk to several restaurants and coffee shops. Fun neighborhood with lots of shops and galleries. Parking garage is attached as well as the hotel next door. Great Bars each lobby with games to play in several seating arrangements.

We had a fantastic stay at the Aloft Asheville. It is centrally located, well maintained and dog friendly. We stayed there near Halloween and they had a fundraiser dog costume contest for a local rescue which we ended up participating in. Great to see a hotel supporting a good cause!

The staff was very friendly.

The air conditioning did not run true to the thermostat. They sent different people up to look at it. We turned the entire unit off because it was freezing in the room. They sent up bedspreads to keep us warm. I felt it was a B poor response to a very uncomfortable situation.

This hotel is in a great location in downtown Asheville. You can walk to many shops and restaurants. Parking garage is connected to the hotel for easy access. Hotel room was very comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly. We were close to the swimming pool which was nice and I heard the workout room was also good although I did not go myself. The in room coffee was terrible but they have ok complimentary coffee available at the check in area. Comfy beds. Overall great experience at this hotel.

I took my 90 yr old mother for a “getaway”

Easy check in after I mentioned travel zoo. Desk staff personable. Decor was fresh, youthful.
