This was our sixth visit and it won’t be our last. The steaks are always delicious the waiting staff always friendly and helpful and of course the decor makes it a lovely experience.

We had a really enjoyable evening. The staff were very attentive and courteous and gave good advice and recommendations about what additional items to pick from the menu. We were not rushed at all. Strongly recommend.

issue with voucher booking upon entering as it was not in the book but got taken to table. Given voucher menu and asked for medium steak - it was cooked to perfection. We held the cocktails back for later as we were so thirsty we ordered other drinks as soon as we were seated. Food was so good and cocktails very refreshing. Will go back ASAP.

Excellent food& top service

Steaks were in our opinion slightly over cooked, medium more well done; medium rare more medium,. The restaurant were prepared to change but as one of our party had ordered incorrectly we were able to do a swap amongst ourselves so everyone was happy.

The experience begins when making your reservation. They are professional but caring, advising on the best place to sit for my wife who is a wheelchair user but can transfer to their bench seating. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly, shown to our table and helped to get seated. The service was great and the meal delicious, as always. There is a great ambience/atmosphere and it was nice to just sit and chat. Overall a terrific experience and looking forward to going again in a couple of weeks.

I booked for our anniversary and advised the restaurant several times in advance we were celebrating a special occasion...this was jot acknowledged or mentioned during our visit despite us having anniversary cards on the table we'd given each other ....very disappointed

Lovely restaurant and I picked midweek and late lunch so it wasn't too busy. Food was good quality and well presented. Staff were attentive and friendly.

We try to visit Smith & Wollensky every time we see an offer on Travelzoo. The restaurant is very nice, the staff welcoming and the food is very good. The offer from Travelzoo is always a good deal with this restaurant.

We had a lovely meal @ S&W, before going to see Evita @ The London Palladium (and after watching a matinee performance of Mrs Warren's Profession @ The Garrick) - so all in all a perfect day out in London

A very enjoyable meal. Service was excellent and attentive. The restaurant itself was very plush. We had steak and chips, the meat was very well cooked and delicious with masses of very hot and crispy chips.
