Puritan Shet was the staff member that dealt with my booking. They were extremely helpful, answered all my questions and secured excellent seats in the theatre for me. The restaurant booking was also made for me, I didn’t have to do anything. Thank you Holiday Extras for such brilliant service.

Play was spectacular. Food at STK was very disappointing as was service. Chips were so horribly salty they were inedible. Sides ordered weren’t brought on time and generally wasn’t great. Then we were charged the full amount despite having the voucher in place. Very poor all round from the restaurant.

It was a bit of a challenge getting the right people to book the actual evening but once it was booked it was very smooth and everyone was very polite

Amazing value . Meal at The Clermont Hotel prior to the theatre was very good & the staff very attentive. Good seats allocated for ‘Tina The Musical’. The whole evening was a wonderful experience. Thank you

The booking system was slow and because we wanted to attend a performance 5 days after purchasing, it involved several calls and online chats to get the show and meal organised. It was very last minute and felt stressful.

I was not pleased with the seats that we were allocated for the theatre and complained at the venue. Thankfully the ticket office were able to move us to better seats. The restaurant were not aware of our reservation via Holiday Extras, however, I was able to book a slot with them myself and redeem the voucher with them.

The show was amazing. The meal voucher came thru incorrectly from STK Steakhouse as 27/8 instead of 27/9 and took some sorting out to get hold of Holiday Extras staff. Finally it was sorted but I had to explain the deal and the fact it was pre-paid having printed the voucher and had to request the wine. STK Steakhouse is NOT near the theatre, it is NOT on the Strand as per the address but actually on the Aldwych so I was on the phone over 10 minutes trying to get to the place when standing outside the actual address of 336 The Strand, which was very stressful as we needed to be back at the theatre for Part 2 by 18:50 having only got there at 17:25 and it being a nearly 15 mins walk.
