This hotel is dated. You should check out the deals you advertise on your website. Upgraded to a balcony on the balcony two plastic chairs only requested ones with cushions. Witch next door balcony had Nothing Beds old and creek poor lighting in the bathroom dangerous when having a shower. So not a good experience

It was clean and staff we’re friends and nice.

Room was dated. Bathroom was small with plaster pealing off sealing. Very old looking. Would not want to use bath tube. The breakfast voucher was for only what was on it. You could not upgrade it only pay full price for something else.

The “coupons “ featured in the travelzoo promotion were quite useless, not really inclusions.

The hotel was great - very much as presented in the ad. Lobby, elevator and hallways cool in temp but room was warm. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool unfortunately

This was our 3rd stay at Falls Inn and Hotel. We have only ever stayed in the tower rooms, which could use a little refresh as they're a bit run down, it's always clean, the beds are comfortable, the shower has good water pressure and the rooms are very spacious. The location is absolutely fantastic! Everything is within walking distance.

rooms are very dated, main complaint was no mirror in the room only mirror in bathroom.

we enjoyed an overnight stay with a delicious dinner at Remmingtons restaurant which is right next door to the hotel. The hotel is in a very convenient location because everything is so close by and all in walking distance.

The hotel rooms were very spacious and clean. it's a smaller hotel but the service was wonderful. Breakfast restaurant on site was good and serves breakfast from 7am till noon which was great as we had late night out at casino which is just across the street. would definately return to this hotel.

We felt all in all the experience was good. I had issues with check in (being ignored for about 7 minutes ) and the furniture in our room was pretty beat up and the TV would not allow a "cast".

Spent three nights at The Falls Inn and Hotel recently and have to say that the value for the money was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable (if not a bit noisy when it came to other guests trying to get into the wrong room) and the free breakfast that came along with our stay was excellent. There was plenty of parking and the few interactions that we had with staff with very accommodating.

Hotel is in good location amidst all attractions; walking distance to falls and restaurants. Spacious tower room with comfortable mattress; peeling paint on closet doors, air conditioner noisy but kept temperature well. Room was clean but bathroom fan did not work and grate was very dusty. Used sauna & hot tub which was great. Breakfast voucher made our stay that much more pleasant.

Checking in & out was fine but staff didn't really show interest in welcoming us to hotel or wanting to know if we enjoyed our stay. Covered parking lot leaked some liquid on trunk of car from cracked ceiling which should be addressed by Hotel to avoid others dealing with same issue.

Too many renovations needed in the room, to mention. Very dark, bed needs fitted sheets, tv guide for navigating channels. No fan in bathroom.

Check in was fast and easy. The location is great for all the major tourist stuff, but a bit of a walk to get to the falls. The room was fine, and the hot tub was great. A decent breakfast was included. No lounge or lobby to sit in, but as a place to sleep, it was perfect.

Had a wonderful time in Niagara Falls.

We were a bit wary having read negative reviews about the hotel, however the room was large, clean and nicely appointed. I would stay again. Great location, a short walk to Clifton Hill and The Falls.

While it's a little older the rooms in the hotel are quite large and if you get the view of the falls it's a unique angle. I rather enjoyed it. However if you need darkness the curtains are more for decoration than use.

Location. Breakfast was decent. Room was huge! Staff were friendly except for one woman at front desk.

Swimming pool was too cold and murky. Hallways weren’t very clean. Beds were lumpy. Street noise was loud. TV was too small. Towels were skimpy. Bathroom needs updating.

The hotel is within walking distance to many of the local attractions and is located right across the street from the casino. The tower suites are nice, the beds comfortable but could use a 2nd tv in the living room area. One huge plus is the restaurant which is attached to the hotel. They serve a great breakfast at a very reasonable price. This is our go to hotel when we visit the Falls.

Very positive . It was clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant next door, Remingtons was excellent.

A bit tricky to find the reception desk and parking for checking in if driving south on Victoria.

The receptionist was on their own as the other receptionist was off sick. They were swamped with check-ins, phonecalls, guest enquiries and they handled it all efficiently, professionally and with a smile and humour. The room was huge. It was a fantastic deal for the price. There was breakfast included, there was a fridge and tea/coffee making machine in the room. The latter wasn't advertised so it was a pleasant surprise. There were complimentary wine/chocolate tasting vouchers and a $30 discount for Remington's. I was very satisfied and I will book here again for sure.

Sharon the receptionist was amazing at handling chaos on her own. Kos the receptionist that was there during the day shift, was also very professional and friendly. I hope they get to see this and know their efforts are much appreciated.
