Excellent hotel,restaurant and very nice staff. The all-in package including dinner was exceptional value.

This was our 3rd visit and it gets better every time we go. The accommodation was first class and also the food & staff. We also love to go for a swim after a busy day sightseeing. Looking forward to visiting in 2026.

Lovely hotel, food was excellent.

A lovely hotel right on the sea front and a pleasant walk into town. Staff are helpful and friendly and food is excellent. It was our second stay and the room on this occasion was smaller than our first visit particularly the bathroom, comfortable though and perfectly ok as we were only there 2 nights.

This Hotel is superb in every way, which is why we regularly return here.

The food was superb and the staff were lovely. The pool is a little small if you are a swimmer but it’s clean,warm and pleasant. The hotel is right on the sea front abd we had a nice room with a sea view.

Lovely Victorian hotel on the front at Falmouth. Fabulous food - we had breakfast and dinner and can recommend. Easy walk into Falmouth with some lovely walks nearby. Will visit again, the deal with Travelzoo was amazing.

Lovely hotel in a superb spot in Falmouth overlooking the sea and only a ten minute stroll to Gully beach. Well equipped leisure complex and pool is a useful size. Pleasing public areas only drawback is table service only in the bar.

This was one of the best breaks we've ever had. The hotel was spotless all the staff we're friendly, helpful and obliging to our needs. The food was first class and the service was also first class.

It was all good, really enjoyed the break and will definitely go again.

Excellent location. The room we were given overlooked to sea but was a bit cramped. Bath was a little short but shower was excellent. The food was excellent and we were able to choose from the full restaurant menu, rather than a reduced menu for Travelzoo customers. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order. My only criticism was that, together with many other hotels we have visited, Coors have taken over the bar choice.thankfully Madri was not being offered as the premium lager. Overall, very enjoyable.

Everything was perfect and the food was too.

A real bonus - it was dog free. We’ve stopped going to places which allow dogs in bedrooms.

A very enjoyable weekend stay at a prime location in Falmouth with the nearest beach only a stones throw away. The selection and quality of food was exceptional both at dinner and breakfast. Staff were courteous but not over familiar. The only disappointment was not receiving the complimentary bottle of house wine included in the package. That aside, we would have no hesitation in returning or recommending the hotel.

Excellent value and location helpful staff

The location

We were given probably the smallest room at the end of the corridor overlooking the back of the hotel. Felt like we were only Travelzoo so it didn’t matter . We were given the table nearest the door for breakfast and dinner so again felt we were only travelzoo. We had booked 2 offers so were there for 4 days and unfortunately the menu didn’t change. The meals were far too big and lacked any vegetables so no colour and no vegetarian option.

My husband & I had a wonderful time. It was our 2nd visit & we both had a wonderful time.

The meals were excellent & also the staff. The views were fantastic from the hotel restaurant.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff. The meals were good but the portions were a bit too big for me (not a criticism mind). Unfortunately, there were no rooms available at the TravelZoo price so I had to pay for a room upgrade so perhaps the offer was not as good as I had expected. Still, the hotel provided a very nice experience for me and my wife and I would go back there.
