Liked the fact they followed up with 2 emails. The first informing you that if you didn't like a particular wine they would replace it. 2nd email giving tasting notes on all the wines. Very good.

I requested that the wine should be left in an outside cupboard, but the security camera shows the deliverer ringing the doorbell, taking a picture of the wine on the doorstep and leaving the box. with Virgin Wines printed on it, in full view of the pavement until my neighbour rescued it.

The customer service from the member of staff was excellent. Haven't tried the wine yet.

The redemption of voucher. The system did not recognise the voucher. I had to contact Virgin who also could not get the system to recognise it. The member of staff who helped was excellent and delivery was excellent but I wasn't impressed with Travel zoo or Virgins systems
