Very pleasant time there, it was not too busy, and very relaxed atmosphere. Lunch was nice.

Booking was tricky as answer machine was not working, so although we rang up several times and left messages regarding dates, we received no contact. We did not know the machine was not working until we rang hotel reception to reach somebody human. Then booking was easy.

Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful

The staff were lovely , very helpful and welcoming. The lunch was presented well and was delicious.

Only issue was getting hold of someone to book, otherwise great.

It was a relaxing day with friends. Staff were friendly, the spa is clean and tidy.

We enjoyed our spa day was very busy but still enjoyable lunch was very tasty. It was pouring down so we couldn’t go outside. It was very nice and I would recommend it but I’m not sure I would return as I’ve been to spa days that I’ve preferred that being said it was good value for money and we felt very relaxed when we left.

A very relaxing experience for my daughter and myself although we didn’t have any treatments on this occasion. The lunch was excellent and staff helpful and pleasant. Would go again

On arrival there wasn’t any record of my booking, even though I had phoned the hotel to arrange it along with lunch. Fortunately this wasn’t a problem as the spa wasn’t particularly busy that day. The reception staff were very helpful. I would suggest that when a booking is taken that the car parking system is explained, as driving in there is parking tarrif sign with extortionate fees displayed. After a conversation with the receptionist it was explained that there are tickets in the spa to waive parking fees.

Spent the day with my adult daughter. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and relaxation room. The two course lunch was delicious. Over all a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. We left feeling very pampered.

Another great day out here , thank you . A warm welcome from the staff , all facilities were clean and well-maintained and the robes and towels fluffy and generously sized . Delicious lunch with plenty of options , free hot drinks throughout the day as well as juices and healthy snacks in the relaxation room . I chose the Premier Cru facial , which was very relaxing and included a head, neck and shoulder massage ( thank you, Phoebe ). My friend opted for a full body massage from Agnetha, which also was first class. A great day of pampering and relaxation which was much needed and appreciated !

Absolutely brilliant, the staff were excellent, the facilities fantastic and the food outstanding. One small niggle was that it was very busy when we arrived and we couldnt get a seat around the pool and so wasnt too relaxing. Maybe limiting the numbers a bit more would make it a bit more relaxing

The team at the spa were lovely. Everything was very clean, plenty of refreshments during the day and the food in the bar was exceptional.

Well organised, relaxation room very peaceful, good facilities. Added treatments which was a welcome treat. Lunch was good - better than expected from menu.

Great venue and facilities

We were a group of 4 friends having a relaxing day. The location was easy to find with lots of parking. The standards are excellent and the staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful. The building is modern and the facilities are in first class order. Lovely 13 meter pool that was never overcrowded. Laura on the spa reception was informative, friendly and extremely helpful and a credit to the company.

We chose facials and full body massages which were fabulous and excellent value. The young polish lady (whose name escapes me, but had recently joined the team ) gave a wonderful massage and I would highly recommend that you request her ( if possible). The only slight difficulty in any way was the time it took to have lunch. Lunch was booked for 1pm with treatments at 2pm. We did pre order so that there would be enough time to eat comfortably but main course ( sandwiches ( hot and cold and soup) took 30 minutes to arrive so lunch was rather rushed. I would recommend leaving more time between lunch and afternoon treatments. Otherwise an excellent day and we will all be returning.

It was very crowded in the pool area which made it impossible to get in the jacuzzi and difficult to get access to the sauna and steam room. However the lunch was good and the treatments amazing.

Three of us went on a travel zoo voucher. The spa was very busy, there was obviously no restriction on numbers. Sauna, packed, steam room packed, jacuzzi , no beds free around the pool.

A mistake was made with a treatment booking and the staff handled the situation very well.

Second time going to the spa with a friend.

We had to wait for clean glasses and juice in the relaxation area. The pool was very busy with young children on arrival.

I enjoyed my first visit but I think I enjoyed the second one even more. The facilities are first class, lovely pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Great lunch. Staff friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend.
