Love this hotel. Lots of places to shop and eat close by. Beach is beautiful. Nice pool and hot tub also.

We were extremely pleased with our first visit to Deerfield Beach. The hotel, staff and the Patio Bar & Restaurant, and their staff, were all exemplary. Will definitely return and recommend.

We did have an issue with our final bill, that we didn’t notice until we returned home. A single phone call to the hotel and it was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Excellent customer service.

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Joe at the front desk made sure that we were settled in a beautiful room! The room was perfect- with a nice sized fridge, coffee maker, comfy beds and beautiful view with a small balcony!! Also, we had breakfast and gelato and cappuccinos during our stay and the staff at both places were amazing! The man who works at the beach, setting the beach chairs and umbrellas was friendly and efficient!! We will be back for sure!!!

Beach is beautiful, travelzoo parking comp much appreciated

Reserved 2 Queen ocean view w/ terrace. When we arrived, only 1 such room available, a/c not working! Tried to put us in city view room which we refused. Opted for room w/out a/c. Only staying 2 nites, was told a/c would be fixed next day…front desk manager was VERY apologetic next morning and compensated us for the inconvenience. Thank you Ralph, you’re a professional. Ordered “pot” of coffee in am from room service, only to get a lg cup delivered. Really? Not too hard of an ask. All food outrageously overpriced. 1 cup coffee, 2 capucinno $30. Please get real…
