Worn out rundown hotel. Needs to be upgraded.

I loved the building and breakfast. The room was quite dated. Especially the bathroom. It could definitely use a refresh. The windows were dirty and hard to see thru. And it was very noisy. However I would still consider staying here again when traveling with kids or youth.

I have heard the larger top floor rooms are newer and much quieter so I will try to book one of those next time.

The location was great, found the hotel to be old out dated. Funny smell. But it was very clean. Loved that. Didn't enjoy the buffet, buns were stale. I was sent a email saying if I would like a early check in, to let them know, had a very early ferry, and that would have been a real help, as we were up at 4am and were very tired. They didn't allow us a early check in. So why bother messaging me that option. Also they double booked our parking spot, had to go inside and was given a different spot. A bit of a inconvenience. Staff were friendly. Probably wouldn't go back.

This is the first time we were on the first floor which seemed to be the old wing. We much prefer the newer top floors, but we still had a lovely stay. The complimentary breakfast is always top notch. Staff is so helpful and accommodating.

We’ve stayed here a number of times. My husband is impressed with the free smorgasbord breakfast. We love the location as it’s easy to just walk about the Harbour, museum, provincial Legislature and art galleries. There are many places to eat nearby.

the rooms are clean, the staff very friendly and accommodating. Secure underground parking is included in the package. And the price is very affordable thanks to Travelzoo.

Breakfast was good , rooms were outdated but it was quiet. The staff were helpful and prompt when called

The staff were all very nice and helpful. Especially the night shift front desk guy who had to deal with the power outage.

The room was very out dated, so much so the heater was a radiator heater, I had to request an extra one because the room was so cold, then the power went out because of the heaters. The vending machines only took coins, debit card payment did not work, and there wasn't a change machine. No microwave in room.

Good location close to marina and restaurants.

First room they put us in was musty smelling with laminate type flooring. We then asked to be moved to the second floor where our were staying and the room we got there was so much nicer. Nice breakfast in the mornings and close to the waterfront. Would definitely stay here again

The room very comfortable , breakfast was good and underground parking nice . The hotel central for walking around downtown Victoria.

Just a nice little getaway with parking and breakfast included and a great location.

I will definitely stay here again. Dog friendly, woman POC owned, queer friendly, clean and safe. Loved it. Would love a Smart TV, minor complaint. Overall, this will be my go to.

Please invest in Smart tvs. I like to veg out on my breaks. :)
