We were staying for one night in Niagara Falls, the staff was polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern, nothing fancy. The only downside was the lobby renovation but that was a minor inconvenience.

Front desk were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean just some parts of it outdated. We didn’t have much of a view mainly of the casino parking lot. Next we go back I would upgrade to a room with a better view it would help with the ambiance for sure.

I wished the fine prints of the vouchers would have been stated clearly, especially, in order to use them, one has to order two entrees.

Just an overnight stay.

It would have been nice to know about the nightly fireworks. Even better if there was a place to go on premises to watch them. Rooftop terrace?

Very good stay. Have not stayed there since name change from Four Points Sheraton to Wyndham. Very nice!!

A great place to stay! We were greeted late Monday evening by a fellow(can’t remember his name 🤦‍♀️) who checked us in. So friendly, accommodating and very helpful as he answered numerous questions that we had. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable. We ate the next morning at ihop (inside the hotel), and our server Tracey was super friendly and AWESOME at customer service. Lastly, this hotel is so central to all the amazing attractions that Niagra Falls have to offer. We stayed 3 nights, got a GREAT deal through TRAVELZOO and would HIGHLY recommend it.

Great location and comfortable clean room

The booking was easy, but the Hotel had made a mistake initially on day-of-arrival which was corrected quickly by TravelZoo rep.

The rooms city view was nice, but there was noise (music) from outside hotel until midnight and the air conditioner was a bit noisy

Goood location. but parking is outrageous.

The package was not good value for the money. The service at TGIF Fridays was the worst I've seen in any restaurant. Lots of staff standing around but no service.

Resort fees are ridiculous. It discourages people. Where do those funds go. We pay taxes on the rooms. I had the fee removed.

A wonderful experience, it was great to get away as a couple. We enjoyed the Falls, the discounted meals and the drive down to Niagara on the lake.

The hotel was great, super comfy bed and I loved the pillows. I wanted to buy mine but unfortunately the hotel "store" is undergoing a change in ownership so I was unable to complete a purchase but I would have if I could have, that's how fabulous the comfort level was!
