Good location, nice to have a full kitchen, lots of towels.

Very noisy (slamming doors, commercial trucks outside every morning, thin walls and ceiling), wasn’t told that the fireplace needs presto logs, Murphy bed isn’t very comfortable and was in an awkward place (difficult to get to the bathroom from the kitchen area), Murphy bed has to be up to use the kitchen table.

I come back time and time again to visit Whistler on the season shoulder. Whistler is one of my favourite destination în BC.

My room was exceptionally clean, cozy, warm and very quiet. A winning location , steps from Whistler Village and the beautiful parks around it. The staff at Whistler Village Inn &Suites is super friendly and efficient, I want to mention Laura and Ethan who went out of their way to arrange my extended stay. I have always felt welcomed at WVIS and I look forward to my next visit. Thank you.

The elevators weren't working so made it tough for my wife to go up and down the stairs 3-4 each day. Than they said there were fireplaces but they were old wood burning ones with no wood. I think they should have said something about the elevators and fireplace Maybe even say parking is free since our elevators are down

Noise, thin walls, no control over guests staying in hotel, late parties, dated, loud music all night, …. Glad we were out all day but if you value sleep don’t stay there

We had to change room - the first one had a bad smell (cigarette). The next one had an old Murphy Bed that was hard to operate at times. The fireplace needed logs but there were no logs.

On the positive side, they were very accommodating and helpful. The staff was incredibly friendly and available.

always a lovely stay here! The staff are amazing and the facilities are immaculate. The room furniture set up is a bit cumbersome to enable full use of the ambiance and the kitchen supplies are a little overused; nothing is poor, but a refresh could be done.

Excellent location and attentive staff.

The hotel is showing its age especially with respect to the appliances. They need to be replaced

We were in the Powder building and it was a bit noisy in the mornings. The steps going up to the loft were very creaky. Bed was very comfortable. Location was great.
