Great food and comfortable bed. Very good service. Prices of alcohol a little high but typical if the area. Shower good but a little fiddly.

A lovely weekend away in the Cotswolds. The only reason we voted down on service was as they were so busy and we were given the wrong table & kept waiting for our evening meal.

We enjoyed the food. The bedroom was very comfy and the furnishings were very tasteful although a little bit noisy if the window was opened as it was next to the main road at the front of the building.

Breakfast service (7-9am) was a little early and check out (10am) was early.

Brilliant value for money. Lovely country Inn ( I repeat, Country Inn - don't expect 5 star, modern/chic). Room was large, clean and comfortable. Food was great for the price - couldn't believe we had double room, 2 x cream tea, 2 x 2course evening meal and 2 x breakfast for £99!!! Staff were lovely. Not loads to do in the area in bad weather but in dry conditions the walks/views are fantastic.

Staff did not handle the problem which occurred with the hotel hot water supply in a professional manner. Also rooms really tired- could do with redecoration.

Due to the location of our room no 2 at the front of the. Building, noisy early morning deliveries and traffic disturbed our sleep.

Breakfast was amazing. Dinner was strange as we only wanted 2 courses main and pudding but we're told we could only have starter and main. My steak was lovely, the fish pie my husband had was not so nice. We asked on two occasions for things one being a rubber bathmat the other being another cup of coffee. Nothing materialised so we had to ask again. Small things I know but if you dont say something nothing Improves. The staff on the whole were very good. This stay im afraid was not as successful as our first visit.

The White Hart Inn is set in an small historic Cotswold town. Approx. 40min from beautiful Cirencester or Cheltenham. The staff was very welcoming and directed us to the car park by the Library where you can park for £1 for 24hrs as the pub does not offer parking. Our room was big and overlooked the back of the pub looking out onto the countryside. Our offer was for a premium superior room. The bed was very comfortable. Because it was so cold (minus 2 degrees C) the pub had provided an extra radiator to heat up the room which we did need. The bathroom was clean but could do with an update. There was no standing shower facility nor did the bath tup have a curtain or screen to enable us to have a shower. Overall, the atmospere in the pub was great, roaring fires, good food and great service. So would recommend a stay.

Need to be aware there is no parking at the White Hart but there is parking near by. Plus you can unload at the hotel.

The White Hart was lovely, room, staff, food and location. The Travelzoo deal is what caused the problems. As there was a voucher for each day we had check in check out and bill twice. The room wasn’t cleaned or replenished because their information showed we were checking out I suggest when you issue vouchers you do it for the stay duration not per night

Excellent staff Dom and Matt were fun and the ladies were lovely( cannot remember the names soz)good value, lovely food however, very narrow streets and no onsite parking. We would go back to eat and drink but not stay due to the parking. Didn’t like leaving our car offsite.

We had an excellent 2 night stay at the White Hart with the Travelzoo vouchers. Whilst the room was a little tired, we couldn’t fault the staff or food. Parking isn’t easy but it’s free just up the road from 4pm to 10am and the Library car park which is £1 for 24 hours is a 6 minute walk away. Excellent location once you’ve parked!
