Excellent hotel

Excellent service - staff are super friendly and helpful.

Location and price was excellent.

Staff was the best at any hotel we have stayed at.

Bathrooms were tight and TV could be updated to support streaming services such as Netflix. Hotel staff were all helpful, beds and pillows were comfortable, underground parking was appreciated due to the winter weather and a la carte breakfast was really good. Great value for money. The upgraded room was also much appreciated.

Had a nice stay while in Ottawa for an event. The location was good, the staff were very friendly. The room was small, but had everything we needed.
