The rooms have been renovated, we enjoyed the breakfast selctions at the restaurant. The hotel offer EV chargers which it made it extra convenient.

We had the most enjoyable stay at Brook Street. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the food was great. Will definitely be back.

Another great stay. Shout out to the staff at the reception as well as the Cafe. All are friendly and personable. Prices at the cafe are reasonable and it is a great option when travelling with kids. On weekends the indoor pool was not too busy. The little kids enjoyed the special splashing pool area.The Travel Zoo deal was great and staff were well aware of the special perks we were entitled to by booking this way.

Internet was down, stood in line for two hours to check in. Missed the hotel's shuttle to the concert because we were still checking in. Disappointing.

We enjoyed the well appointed room, comfortable king size bed and a great breakfast!

Au Natural spa was amazing. Great staff.

The check in and check out process was very slow but the staff was very friendly and otherwise helpful. The location is perfect if you are going to a hockey game or concert/event at the Canadian Tire Centre. Otherwise, I would recommend staying downtown.
