They charged us for a daily fee even though part of Travelzoos deal was no daily fee

I was moving my daughter into her dorm at Northeastern. The check-in and check-out process at the hotel went smoothly and the parking was easy and convenient. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, quiet and quite comfortable.

If I could always get these rates I would stay at the Colonnade every time!

Nice hotel in great location. Were able to check in early and got a free upgrade. Our room was kept very nice and clean during the entire stay.

The hotel is in a very good location. Close to both subway and airport transportation. Walkable distans to most downtown attractions. Plenty of dining options nearby as well as grocery stores. There are also two larger malls just across the street.

This stay was a birthday trip for my husband, who wanted to check out the rooftop pool. The hotel is beautiful, clean, spacious, and in the perfect location next to so many attractions in Boston. All of the staff were extremely professional and pleasant. The room was great and we had a 9th-floor view of the South End and beyond on a gorgeously clear day. The rooftop pool was nice, although space and lounger access was at a premium. We would definitely return, though.

Lovely hotel, conveniently located, staff phenomenal, go elsewhere for happy hour though, 2 iced teas and a small draft beer was $50

Beautiful property and a great location. Subway entrance right out the door for convenience of getting around town. Everything about it exceeded my expectations.

Fabulous stay. The Colonnade exceeded my expectations. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the location is perfect for exploring. Dog friendly too which is an amazing plus. There is a nearby dog park that our dog enjoyed and the neighborhood is lovely. Rooftop pool was yet another plus.

Came for the pool but on Sunday is was packed with families and locals they allow to pay for one day , way too crowded, my suggestion is keep local option for the weekdays

The Colonnade Hotel is a very nice hotel and a very nice location. The staff at the hotel are all exceptional. This is a very nice place to stay if you’re in Boston.

Love the hotel in the heart of Copley Square. Rooftop deck with swimming pool was awesome. Lucie, the on-site restaurant was excellent. There are abundant restaurants and shops and tourist attractions bearby!

My King room was perfect. Lots of space, table to sit at if needed, coffee bar, lovely bathroom. I was on the top floor with easy access to the rooftop pool. The pool area was busy on Sunday afternoon when I arrived. It started clearing out around 5pm, and was quiet on Monday morning. There’s a Logan Express bus that takes you straight to the airport one street over. My granddaughter and I just wheeled our luggage through the mall which is directly across the street, down the escalator, and you’re at the bus stop. $3 for adults with children under 17 free with an adult. The bus is free if you’re coming from the airport to Back Bay. A great deal! The Green line (subway) is right outside hotel door. Great way to get around to areas that you can’t walk to.

We appreciated the great location, the large room and the ability to open a window. The AC was VERY loud and we turned it off periodically (including while we slept). We would have liked to use the pool but it was terribly crowded. I would have appreciated a way to make boiling water for tea without using the Keurig, which makes tea taste like coffee because of the remaining coffee left in the machine. But I appreciated that staff were willing to bring me hot water for my teabags.

When we checked in, the front desk person did not tell us about the location of coffee/tea all day in the lobby. I only learned about it when we checked out as someone was explaining it to someone checking in.

Hotel was immaculate and the rooftop pool was a wonderful amenity.

We loved the hotel. The deal we got was excellent and we took advantage of parking and the restaurant credit of 20% off for brunch. Room was spacious, we were surprised to have an accessible room but it wasn’t a hindrance. Great stay!

The pool was fantastic. Great pool and staff. A couple of snags - the GFCI outlet in the bathroom was not functional and we didn't notice until the next morning. The staff should have caught this before arrival, but it was repaired very quickly after we notified them. Parking garage was full upon arrival. I had to park across the street at the PRU for $24 until I could move my car back to the hotel garage to take advantage of 50% off parking.

Very positive experience.

I've been there 4-5 times but 1st time with the rooftop pool open, very relaxing before our show that evening.

Our only disappointment was the bed. Hard as a rock! I know they're changing over the beds because last visit we had a new bed, but not this time unfortunately. Other than that the staff from the front desk, valet, pool area and house staff a TEN!!! Through out our visit.

Having the subway just outside the door was great and there was a lot to do and see within walking distance.

Snack room was a huge bonus. Staff very friendly. Rooftop pool was ok.

Pool is overcrowded and understaffed. Food ordered poolside was not good (sliders) and a bottle of mayo that was provided (warm) was two months past expiration. Showers at pool have no soap in dispensers.

We absolutely love this hotel and were grateful to find it on Travelzoo. Please keep offering it because it was the main reason I was willing to pay for Travelzoo this year.

The rooftop pool was great!

Wonderful stay at this hotel, convenient to restaurants and shopping! The T station is literally outside the front door, making all of Boston accessible. The hotel it self was spacious and extremely quiet, we will definitely be back!

Excellent service and setting - we loved the roof top pool! The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was fantastic!

For the cost of the hotel regularly, the gym and pool were quite small.
