I booked in July for a Saturday. They phoned on the day and said I can’t use vouchers on weekends. I had booked a hotel in London for a special occasion and I said I’d pay difference but absolutely refused.

Main course of Sole Goujons and chips was as dry as a bone. Generous portions but too hard to eat. Ladies toilets could have been cleaner.
