really enjoyed the food and the staff were very nice. The only comment was it was a bit noisy as there was a lot of people on the main area. They need to put some trees or large plants in.

We were given a table with the view of StPauls and once settled, the delightful waiter brought the menu. The service and food were excellent. There is a lovely unhurried, relaxed atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed the occasion.

Very good, however the restaurant was very cold with the door constantly being left open by staff. It therefore left us and many around us feeling cold and having to put our coats on while eating, hence the 4 stars for atmosphere as apart from this it was very good ambience with nice music playing in background at the right volume

It's a shame the Travelzoo deal has now taken the glass of prosecco out of this offer

Reasonable meal in a great setting

We were able to sit in the lovely heated terrace with fantastic views of St Paul's cathedral. The food choices were good and it was beautifully presented and tasted magnificent! All our courses were tasty with generous portions. Very pleasant service too.

The menu choice, although the food was excellent and copious quantity, was a little restrictive. Also, each time they opened the door there was a rush of cold air which made it a bit uncomfortable!!

Fabulous location. Fortunate enough to experience the most amazing sunset which was the cherry on the cake.

Very poor weather so the outdoor space was not appreciated. Great fun going up in the glass sided lift with St Paul’s as a backdrop.. would be great to return on a sunny day. Great food and service. Portions on the generous size but too good to leave any ! Pleasant and efficient service. An enjoyable lunch.

We had a lovely meal. I am dairy intolerant and it was nice to see that I was catered for. I loved the coconut ice-cream sundae - a true delight, as well as the moreish garlic and herb fries. Great value for money. We loved the views and will return when the weather is warmer to enjoy the terrace. It was raining at the time, but we still loved the whole experience/ambience. There was a DJ playing at the time (5pm on a Friday), which was pretty good.

It was my partner’s 60th birthday and after a fantastic meal they gave us 2 glasses of prosecco and a small cake with a candle and Happy Birthday written on the plate. It was a fab experience all round and extremely good value

Nice as a first experience. Too noisy with a live music group. Couldn’t talk. Might like a daytime experience. Would have to be careful who I would recommend to.

We went with 2 other friends for whom we also purchased a voucher. We booked for 12 noon and were not allowed to go up in the lift to the restaurant before that time. Might be worth mentioning to anyone else planning to arrive early! Staff were all delightful. Really accommodating. Food was copious and the choice was fine for the TZ deal. Also reasonably priced in comparison with the actual menu. The VAT is added afterwards so that might need mentioning to others more clearly.

Had a lovely meal to celebrate a birthday. Food was excellent value for money. Only issue we had was while ordering 2 glasses of champagne which the server said wasn’t possible even though it stated clearly on the wine list. All sorted though!

The security staff who greeted us at the bottom of the stairs were friendly and welcoming. However, upon reaching the reception, the interaction felt somewhat uninviting. That said, the overall experience improved with the service provided by the waiting staff, who were attentive and professional. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, we were seated away from the best views, which felt a bit disappointing—perhaps due to booking with a voucher. The food was fairly standard, and while the ambience was okay, we understand that an early booking may not offer the same atmosphere as later in the evening. Overall, it was a mixed experience, with great service from the waiting staff but areas that could be improved in terms of reception warmth and seating arrangements.

Booked at short notice and easy to use the voucher. Lovely welcome and attentive service. Sitting at our table, we shared a fantastic view of St Paul’s Cathedral. The portion size of each course was very generous and well presented.The starter and desert were very good. Feed back on the main course which was sea bass, it could have been warmer with a little more flavour. Would over all recommend and return good experience

Excellent service and very friendly staff

Took my husband out for a treat, after a very positive experience at Madisons, with my daughter. Once again, we found the the food to be well presented, tasty with great portions. All three courses were equally good. Service was excellent!! Great atmosphere. The weather was dreadful, so Madison provided a beautiful, warm and welcoming alternative! Thank to the chefs and all the staff for the excellent care.

Good all round experience

Location and view perfect, experience much better than I had anticipated. We were not made to feel that we were there just for the offer. We were overcharged for two glasses of wine but when we brought this to the attention of staff, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Was a bit difficult to find as didnt realise it was in a shopping centre. But once found it was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful food was great. Didnt feel hungry afterwards. lol.

Highly recomend this restaurant.
