The restaurant and front desk service is definitely not 5 star. The facilities are not 5 star. The rooms, room service and diving center are amazing and went sober and beyond. With a few exceptions, the dining experience was not 5 star service- we sat over 30 minutes with not food or drinks on one occasion, and another at that main buffet restaurant, no one ever came over to offer to get us drinks. Also, the common facilities are not 5 star and need repairing and/or maintenance. We have visited the Maldives befornamd stayed in a 5 star hotel, and this is not where near 5 star standards. We were very disappointed in our visit - and if it weren’t for the lovely room and the dive centre, this would have been incredibly disappointing. Spend your money somewhere else, don’t be waste it here.

This was a very disappointing experience- one of the lost disappointing hotel experience. I’m am utterly shocked at how they have won the awards they claim to have won, because the service and hotel grounds are lacking. There are so many other great hotel options for The Maldives out there, and I’m so bummed we wasted our money here. And, apparently the services has been getting worse over the past 6 months.

Awesome honeymoon location!

Getting there might be a journey, but the amount of relaxation, ocean wildlife, kind service and good food was great.

We had an amazing week in an over water villa. It was beautiful, quiet, private, and the staff was wonderful. The food was excellent. Live music at night was great. This resort is amazing! We will definitely be coming back! The travel to and from WA state was a slog, but it was worth it! We’ve recommended this to many others!

Difficult to get to from the USA but so worth it once you’re there. Staff took great care of us, buffet was exceptional, and the views were incredible.

The breakfast croissants were to die for. The rooms were lovely, the snorkeling amazing. Staff were so nice!

Truly exceptional service and accommodations. The resort is beautiful and kept extremely clean. The staff goes above and beyond to make your experience magical. I loved it and if the deal comes up again I would buy it in a heartbeat.
