Couldn’t fault our stay and would definitely return and happily recommend. The hotel was clean and the staff welcoming.

Lovely friendly staff throughout our stay. Lovely view from bedroom but room itself and shower room with toilet very small not leaving very much space to use toilet as it is positioned between wash hand basin and shower cubicle. Food excellent and served by cheery helpful staff.

Everyone made us welcome and the hotel had lovely views as it is on the promenade .

Our second weekend at the Llandudno bay hotel. Very enjoyable. Excellent food, relaxing atmosphere and very friendly staff. Love to see owners bringing there dogs. Will visit again.

Loved the location. Not as busy as the other end of the promenade. Lovely sea views. Plenty of parking.

The staff were very helpful and friendly especially the chap who checked us in. Room was comfortable with great views and breakfast was lovely.

Booked to see a show at a nearby theatre with my daughter. Have stayed in this hotel three times previously & like it. It's got a nice friendly atmosphere & is in a good position for everything. The addition of a bottle of Prosecco with the Travelzoo offer was an added bonus. I will definitely stay again.

Nice decor, rooms & restaurant. Staff, especially reception friendly & helpful. Rooms have everything you could need.

NICE CLEAN HOTEL WITH NICE AND FRIENDLY STAFF

Having had two nights on a Travelzoo booking in Criccieth, we moved to Llandudno Bay Hotel for two more. This hotel has a great location right on the front; it is also a classy hotel, very nicely furnished and decorated. Huge double bed in the room with the most fantastic curtains I have seen in a hotel! A thick plush velvet! We had a meal deal in with the price for the first night and the food was excellent too - so much so, we had it again the next night! Breakfast was well cooked and served with a smile. All staff were cheery and helpful. An 11.00am checkout makes the world of difference to one's stay as does free parking on the road outside.

The hotel is lovely the rooms are lovely and the see view is excellent . The staff are very nice and friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble for them .we have been four times before and it's always the same and so is the staff .

We had a great time here . First room was small but perfectly adequate. They kindly move us to a larger room

Lovely hotel. Staff helpful & welcoming. Great location on the promenade within walking distance to shops, theatre, pier, Great Orme. Food good. As it's winter season parking wasn't a problem on the road outside hotel. Really hope Travelzoo run this offer again as we will definitely go back. This was our 3rd visit which says it all really!

An added bonus will be the addition of a spa which still hasn't been started. Apparently due to a few planning problems that are yet to be overcome but staff are optimistic.

Our room had just been refurbished and there is a nice feel about the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, food was fine and generally we had a nice break.

Travelzoo booking was easy. Hotel was comfotable, room was nice, comfy bed, the bathroom was a bit small but it was ok for us. Food in the restaurant was very good.

All the staff members were very courteous and polite, all in all a good experience.
