Welcoming Staff. Very Obliging & Helpful. Room Lovely & Clean. Breakfast was a little disappointing due to restaurant temperature being very cold + some breakfas items not available as staff member said they "didn't have any", referring to 'Yoghurt & 'Ketchup. Apart from that we very much enjoyed our stay and will return. Our previous stay with breakfast was much better. Thank You. Mrs Hughes

We enjoyed our visit. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The only thing that comes to mind was it wasn't very Christmasy considering we went at Christmas time. There seemed just a token effort although what was there was lovely.

i) Meal order in bar took c50 minutes to arrive despite just myself, my wife and one other guest being only ones there; ii) Not possible to close top windows in bathroom, so cold; iii) No safety handle on wall by bath; iv) Bathroom light comes on automatically whenever door is opened, streaming bright light across face of anyone in bed at night. Needs manual switch.

Breakfast not good. Bar ran out of nibbles, our free prosecco, white wine and most beers.

Think this would be a great hotel during peak times but clearly under-staffed in the quieter months.

The lights in our superior double room didn't work and the only other room available was an outside chalet. The 'full english breakfast' the next day did not exist which was disappointing.

We only stayed on night it was very pleasant stay, staff were very welcoming, and helpful.

15 minutes from the sea front, Its not far from the town which is down hill so on the way back all up hill, was a very pleasant walk both ways.

The room was a good size but there was inadequate hanging space and no drawers. Bathroom was not properly serviced as a clump of hair remained in bath plughole all week. Paintwork looked rushed and slapdash for a recently refubished hotel (change of ownership?). Breakfast hot food sitting too long on the hotplate, so was generally dried up (esp.the sausages).

No hot water, tea coffee not replenished, no lights in swimming pool+ dirty towels about the floor, restaurants closed on Monday night!!!!!!!!! ! Poor show

Really great hotel and such a special offer.Would recommend it to all of our family and friends.
