We stayed in Room 3, which also doubles as a room for disabled people too. The studio is large with a super-king-size double bed which was comfortable. The bathroom is large with an excellent open overhead rainfall shower. There are 2 comfortable upright chairs and a small round table to eat from. The kitchenette is small, and includes a small fridge, small microwave , toaster, electric kettle, a chopping board and glasses, tea-cups and cutlery/plates for 2 people. The bathroom kitchen sink is where the washing up is completed. There was very little noticeable road noise though we visited during the 'off-season' and visitors to the 1 mile distant Lands End were not present in any great number - no coaches - however, during the busy high season days this could be very different. The Studio was cleaned before we arrived and 2 bath and 2 hand towels were provided though the room was not Serviced/towels changed/waste bins emptied during our 5 night stay. There are large fields to walk your a dog safely surrounding the car park.

Bring small bin-bags for your waste and recycling - bins are on the pub carpark. If you visit Lands End Register your car at the 1 mile away Lands End Hotel for free parking; there. Studio Parking is reserved next to the Stablerooms. The First and Last pub (which serves food) is a few seconds walk away and happily there is 10% discount on both Food and Drink if you mention where you are staying - which helped to take the sting out of the outrageous £6 a pint charge and other high drink charges too..! Food and Drink are much more affordable in close-by St Just which has a good selection of pubs (4), cafes, a bluchers/deli, fish and chip shop, 2 pastie shops, a good Chinese Takeaway and a Co-op Store too. The Studio's microwave is capable of re-heating take away meals from the Co-op such as Curry, rice and pasta.

When we arrived we found that the room we had booked was already occupied. On speaking with management at the Land's End Hotel they informed me that this was not the first time Travelzoo had double booked a room. Fortunately they were able to offer us a room in the hotel at the same rate with breakfast. I suggest that you have a look at your booking procedures.

Really nice room on the site of the First and Last Inn in Sennen. Great location, just a 20 minute walk to Lands End (along the road) and about 40 minutes walk to Sennen Cove. Excellent value for money and I will certainly go again.

Initial impression was lovely, it was warm and comfortable with an amazing shower.

Only negatives were no hangers in the cleverly designed wardrobe, only one milk sachet to go with the good choice of hot drinks and a failed lamp. Also, the evidence of a small electrical fire behind the light switch didn't fill us with confidence! Bare wall with paint missing behind the radiator in the bathroom also let the decor down a bit.

Although the decor was really nice and the room very spacious, it wasn’t brilliant outside! It was right next to the pub and the exit from the car park so quite a lot of traffic both cars and on foot. The courtyard was very dirty with leaves, moss and rubbish blown in by the wind! The room isn’t really equipped for self catering and the one time we ate in the room it was very cramped and no table to sit and eat at. Even breakfast was a juggling act! We ate at the pub one night which was just pub food, albeit very nice but it wasn’t until afterwards that we realised we could get 10% off any food there!

The 10% discount at the F&L should perhaps be mentioned when booking? Also maybe if it’s going to be advertised as self catering a small kitchen unit (similar to in a motorhome or caravan) could be provided? These have small sinks and an oven integral. Microwaveable bowls would have been good too! A gate on the courtyard as we had dogs and anxious about passing traffic at times?

Spent two lovely days here walking along the coastal path. Room spacious & warm on arrival. Great to have the pub next door as limited cooking fasciitis.
Other Comments
Maybe a slightly larger microwave to heat food as not always want to eat out.

Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of hot water. Lovely big towels. 2 nights in Stableroom is adequate. If you had more space is small.
