Staff was generally excellent. Cottage itself was very comfortable. Amenities were nice.

Was promised lake view and didn’t have one. Beds were outdated and uncomfortable. Front office told us a lie when we asked to move by the lake and said they were booked during our stay.

Cottage was right by the water so you get a view right from waking and can see water from living area and one if the bedrooms. Everything supplied to make your stay cozy including the best robe. You can cook in the kitchen but also have all the amenities of the hotel. We went off season and enjoyed the quiet. The property is located 11 min from downtown Petosky so you can find restaurants close by or eat at the hotel or one of the restaurants within walking distance. We also received $75 gift card along with our good price through TravelZoo. We plan on going back for another stay real soon.

Just great service and I forgot my toothbrush and they supplied one upon asking. Just a great pampering place.

Took elderly parents and stayed at the lakeside cottages. Roomy, nicely decorated, very comfortable

Burger at Vintage was the best we had ever had!!

We went to the Bay Harbor to go skiing in Harbor Springs. The cottage was great, but a little distant from the Inn and other facilities.

We had a great time, and would like to know if there are other offers any time the rest of the winter.

Cottages were not equipped for the amount of people that can be there. 8 spoons for 10 people.

We haven’t been back in four years. This trip we added a third set of couples and the cottages offered plenty of space for everyone.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Very beautiful!
