Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable.

The staff was great, especially Drea! I love that you can just walk out the back and have access to the biking and walking trails. We love hanging out by the fire pit and had great conversation with other visitors. Definitely worth taking time off of work for the great price!! We will be back again. I hope Travelzoo offers this deal again!

The staff was great, especially Drea! I forgot to call the front desk but the toilet seat was not installed correctly, so that was a little irritating and the lack of lotion in the room (the front desk provided).

Nice Hotel with its own private trails. Next to the Mt. Washington Auto Road and can have some discount for the Auto Road drive as a guest of the hotel.

Great setting, good food, helpful staff, comfortable room. The only thing negative is no coffee in the room. Coffee is available in the lobby, but first thing in the morning I would really prefer not to have to look presentable (my issue, I own that) to have to get my coffee.
